As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our manufacturing and logistics operations, with a focus on optimizing efficiency, quality, and productivity. Your role will also involve managing HR-related functions, Safety, Quality, Leadership, and Facility Management to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Cultivate a safe work environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve manufacturing processes, warehouse distribution, and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Monitor production metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and drive performance.
  • Creating scheduling based on business needs to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Lead and manage a team of production leads and workers, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer service, engineering, supply chain, production control, logistics, and quality assurance, to achieve production goals.
  • Manage HR-related functions, such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training, to support a high-performing and engaged workforce.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including health and safety, environmental, and labor laws.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
  • Focus on developing a strong team by developing individual development plans. Must be able to function as a mentor to the team members.
  • Any additional duties based on the needs of the business.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field preferred or minimum of 7 years of related experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing operations
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
