Warehouse Technician and Coordinator

  • Full-Time | $24.00 – $29.00 Hourly (Non-Exempt)
  • On Site Murrieta, CA 92563
  • Occasional travel (about 15%) between Anaheim and San Diego in a company vehicle is required.
  • M-F 7 : 00 AM-3 : 30 PM

Superior Restoration is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to oversee daily operations across two warehouse locations in Murrieta and Anaheim. While this role includes physical responsibilities, the primary focus is administrative, ensuring accurate inventory records, proper documentation, and coordinated logistics to keep our field teams fully supported and efficient.

This is an independent role; this person must be dynamic, self-sufficient, work independently, and be good with details and timelines.

  • Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee administrative functions of both warehouses including inventory records, supply chain tracking, and order documentation
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for tools, equipment, and materials
  • Prepare and manage purchase orders, delivery logs, maintenance records, and fleet documentation
  • Coordinate equipment tracking, maintenance schedules, and vehicle inspections
  • Manage incoming / outgoing shipments and ensure proper documentation and filing
  • Communicate with internal departments (field, purchasing, leadership) to streamline warehouse-to-field workflows
  • Support OSHA and company safety compliance through documentation and routine audits
  • Cleaning equipment and minor repairs of equipment
  • Basic Knowledge of facilities and coordination of facilities with Property Management of Buildings
  • Handle opening of main warehouse setting and arming of alarm system
  • Travel occasionally between Murrieta, Anaheim, and San Diego locations in a company vehicle
  • What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years in warehouse work and or supervision with a strong administrative background
  • Proficiency with inventory management systems, spreadsheets, and tracking software
  • Forklift Certification and OSHA 10 Certification (required)
  • Fleet and equipment tracking experience preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to manage tasks independently with attention to detail
  • Physical Requirements

  • Able to lift, carry, push / pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in warehouse environments with variable conditions
  • Ability to operate forklifts and load / unload vehicles as needed
  • Occasional travel (about 15%) between Anaheim and San Diego in a company vehicle is required.
