Warehouse Technician and Coordinator
- Full-Time | $24.00 – $29.00 Hourly (Non-Exempt)
- On Site Murrieta, CA 92563
- Occasional travel (about 15%) between Anaheim and San Diego in a company vehicle is required.
- M-F 7 : 00 AM-3 : 30 PM
Superior Restoration is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to oversee daily operations across two warehouse locations in Murrieta and Anaheim. While this role includes physical responsibilities, the primary focus is administrative, ensuring accurate inventory records, proper documentation, and coordinated logistics to keep our field teams fully supported and efficient.
This is an independent role; this person must be dynamic, self-sufficient, work independently, and be good with details and timelines.

Oversee administrative functions of both warehouses including inventory records, supply chain tracking, and order documentationMaintain accurate and up-to-date records for tools, equipment, and materialsPrepare and manage purchase orders, delivery logs, maintenance records, and fleet documentationCoordinate equipment tracking, maintenance schedules, and vehicle inspectionsManage incoming / outgoing shipments and ensure proper documentation and filingCommunicate with internal departments (field, purchasing, leadership) to streamline warehouse-to-field workflowsSupport OSHA and company safety compliance through documentation and routine auditsCleaning equipment and minor repairs of equipmentBasic Knowledge of facilities and coordination of facilities with Property Management of BuildingsHandle opening of main warehouse setting and arming of alarm systemTravel occasionally between Murrieta, Anaheim, and San Diego locations in a company vehicleWhat We’re Looking For
3+ years in warehouse work and or supervision with a strong administrative backgroundProficiency with inventory management systems, spreadsheets, and tracking softwareForklift Certification and OSHA 10 Certification (required)Fleet and equipment tracking experience preferredStrong communication and problem-solving skillsValid driver’s license and clean driving recordAbility to manage tasks independently with attention to detailPhysical Requirements
Able to lift, carry, push / pull up to 50 lbs.Comfortable working in warehouse environments with variable conditionsAbility to operate forklifts and load / unload vehicles as neededOccasional travel (about 15%) between Anaheim and San Diego in a company vehicle is required.
