Program Manager-IWC Support Services
Duties & Responsibilities
Employ PM tools and methods to achieve contract requirements and deliverables to develop schedules layout timelines and tasks track tasks track budget and invoice completeness and provide information regarding project status or financial status on request
Provide a p roject p lan for approval by the client that is centered around the IWC mission .
M anage the work project schedules and activities; be responsible for notification to the client of any issues problems or concerns that pertain to fellow guests activities and contract requirements and deliverables.
Provide a communication plan to provide congressional updates on the accomplishment of the mission requirements ; provide a strategic communications plan for Department interagency partner / ally and public sector.
Provide senior executive support to the IWC Director and Deputy Director / Chief of Staff as requested as well as engagements and outreach to inform key stakeholders and partners on the current and future efforts of the center .
Participate in on-site meetings; prepare and present briefings on progress of work prepare white papers and draft responses to related data calls as requested by the client.
Ensure entire team has a deep understanding of DOD USG academia international partner and industry IW-specific grammar and gain IWC consensus on the best verbiage grammar and style for the IWC.
Serve as the responsible point of contact for management and integration of all supporting functions to achieve contract deliverables.
Ensure completion of all contract deliverables including :
Work closely with SMEs leading projects to establish project technical reviews.
Draft staff and coordinate all Policy and Congressional requirements supporting the directors vision and mission intent on all DoD IA and Congressional requirements.
Provide operational oversight management and execution of IWC engagements through dedicated project managers to develop and execute IWC engagements and activities with DoD IA Allies and Partners to include coordination and integration of the IWC into Joint training exercises.
