ReturnPro is a leading provider of reverse logistics and returns management solutions. We help retailers and brands streamline operations, recover value, and maximize customer satisfaction across every return channel. We are seeking a results-driven Revenue Operations Manager with a strong foundation in partner management and the development of scalable partnership programs. This role will lead the charge in optimizing revenue processes, managing our CRM and marketing systems (primarily HubSpot), and aligning go-to-market strategy with business growth objectives.

Primary Responsibilities / Essential Functions

  • Design and implement revenue operations strategies aligned with company growth goals
  • Own and optimize CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot) to streamline lead flow and conversion
  • Collaborate across SaaS, supply chain, and ReCommerce teams to align revenue initiatives
  • Manage and expand the partner program to drive engagement and incremental revenue
  • Analyze operational performance and deliver data-driven insights to leadership
  • Support partner onboarding, relationship management, and strategic alignment
  • Lead internal training on revenue ops processes and HubSpot best practices

Qualifications

  • BS / MS degree in business administration or a related field
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in related fields
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Self-motivated in achieving goals and completing routine tasks
  • Excellent analytical problem solving and communication skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
