SAP Program Director

A company is looking for a SAP Program Director to lead and manage large-scale SAP projects while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Implement plans for enhanced talent deployment and ensure alignment with organizational objectives Mentor project consultants and manage multiple $10M+ assignments, ensuring client satisfaction Identify growth opportunities and effectively negotiate major project issues Required Qualifications 18+ years of experience with SAP S / 4 solutions in complex client environments Proven track record in managing risks, issues, and dependencies with C-level clients on large projects Experience in leading large teams and complex programs in multinational companies In-depth knowledge of SAP's functional and technical solutions, including S / 4, SuccessFactors, and Cloud Migrations Hands-on experience as an SAP Program Director or Transformation Leader with a passion for delivery
