A company is looking for a Glass Technical Engineer to join their Supply Chain Team focusing on quality assurance and customer support. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop glass quality assurance programs for specific accounts Collaborate with Global Glass Supply Chain, Divisional Leadership, vendors, and key accounts Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions for key accounts Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Packaging, Quality, Engineering, or equivalent experience Understanding of format test methodology and equipment Strong analytical skills and technical writing skills Experience in quality assurance and new product development Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
