Job Title : Lead Project Manager (Non-IT)

Location : Inver Grove Heights, MN (Hybrid - 3 days in office)

Key Responsibilities :

  • Partner with business leaders to craft comprehensive project plans, identifying key milestones and interdependencies.
  • Uphold high standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance across all projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, resources, budget, and timelines.
  • Lead project teams to achieve program goals and objectives.
  • Deliver on established business goals and objectives.
  • Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and opportunities across projects.

Essential Skills :

  • 5-7 years of experience in managing large-scale projects and programs.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or related field.
  • Project Management Certification (PMI or similar) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
  • Strong communication, public speaking, and facilitation skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership abilities.
