ITnova is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technology solutions through requirements gathering and analysis.
Duties :
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process reviews.
- Support system design, testing, and implementation.
- Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Ensure solutions align with business goals and user needs.
- Develop reports, models, and workflow documentation.
Education : A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
Preferred Certifications : CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA.
General Experience : Six (6) years of IT or business process experience.
