Records Clerk – AmLaw 100 Firm

What You’ll Do
- Manage and maintain client and firm records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support the firm’s digital transformation by handling scanning, digitization, and workflow creation.
- Perform quality control to ensure records are accurate and compliant with firm policies.
- Track and report on key metrics, KPIs, and volumes to support operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with attorneys, staff, and other departments to ensure seamless records management.
- Work both independently and as part of a close-knit team in a professional office environment.
What We’re Looking For
At least 2 years of experience in records management (corporate or legal setting preferred).Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.Experience with scanning, digitization, and workflow creation.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Background in reporting and metrics.Familiarity with records management software such as Legalkey, FileTrail, or iManage Records Manager (preferred).Why You’ll Love It Here
