A company is looking for a Learning and Development Communications Specialist to drive strategic messaging and create engaging content for learning initiatives. Key Responsibilities Craft clear, compelling scripts and communications for learning programs and leadership engagement Shape and deliver strategic messaging for executive stakeholders and organizational initiatives Collaborate with internal teams to align communications with business goals and learning outcomes Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in communications, preferably within corporate learning or executive communications Must be eligible to work in the United States and obtain and maintain an Active U.S. Government Secret Clearance Strong writing and editing skills, with experience creating scripts, speeches, and strategic messaging Proven ability to position ideas effectively and tailor messaging for different audiences Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field
