Pay Rate : $58 - $62 / Hour

Essential Job Functions :

  • Assist in managing a team responsible for package software application development.
  • Support project execution and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with senior management on departmental objectives.
  • Contribute to the timely delivery of software solutions.
  • Provide technical assistance to team members.
  • Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.
  • Coordinate communication within the team and with other departments.
  • Help identify and resolve project challenges.
  • SAP BASIS knowledge and understanding of SAP technologies and methodologies.
  • Providing BASIS support for projects involving HANA and S / 4HANA
  • Ability to troubleshoot / analyze and resolve technical problems.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, work in a team environment, understand and be responsive to project and customer needs.
  • Ability to adapt and function effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment while working under deadlines.
  • Build credible relationships with peers and clients and continuous professional learning of SAP products.
  • Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge effectively.

Basic Qualifications :

  • 8+ years plus Experience in SAP Basis administration, including experience in standard SAP procedures such as client copies, database refreshes,
  • patching, transport management, upgrades, and performance tuning of database and SAP applications
  • Install, configure, maintain(upgrade), and support SAP systems, including but not limited to Solution Manager, ECC, and BW, SRM, CRM, APO, Suite on Hana
  • Experience with Performance tuning problem analysis for Oracle / Hana databases and SAP instances
  • Work with SAP and Solution Manager to resolve problems. Configure Start, Default, and Instance Profiles.
  • Provide daily support to the production support team with any technical and performance problems.
  • Hana 2.0 HA, Oracle 19 Data guard a plus.

    • Other Qualifications :

  • Bachelor s or master s degree in information systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar degree.
  • 4 years of previous experience working across a range of implementations, upgrades, and migration projects.
  • SAP Certifications in S / 4HANA, OS / DB Migration, NetWeaver, and SAP HANA preferred.

    • Experience of working in large landscapes / environments / customers
