Job Description

The Server @ The Kensington provides exemplary customer service and hospitality while serving food and beverages to residents and guests inside of our memory care dining room.

This is a part-time position on weekends.

Starting pay : $20-20.50 / hr

Hiring bonus : $500

What will I do every day?

  • Perform all dining steps of service in a friendly and professional manner
  • Greet and escort residents in all dining venues and assist as needed
  • Demonstrate knowledge of daily menu and be able to assist residents with their requests
  • Maintain clean dining venues and ensure proper table settings
  • Perform other related duties as required

What will I need to be successful in this role?

  • High school graduate preferred
  • Some serving experience preferred
  • Memory Care experience a plus

    • Special Requirements / Certifications I may need?

  • Must have Food Handler’s certification as required
