Holman Automotive Technician Position

The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing.

  • Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus based on qualifications. Relocation assistance available

Pay Range : $23-$51 per flat rate hour

    • What will you do?

    The Technician must be experienced in the following areas :

  • Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards
  • Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair
  • Maintain leading-edge knowledge of automotive diagnosis technology, digital manuals, and reference materials
  • Keep shop area neat and clean, and be able to account for dealership tools at all times
  • Road-test vehicles to ensure quality repair
  • Adapt to rapidly changing technologies in the automotive industry, as well as in the diagnostics arena

    • What are we looking for?

  • 1 year or more of automotive technician experience
  • Technical Auto training or brand certifications, ASEs are a plus
  • Valid Drivers License, a clean MVR or minimal violations
  • Willingness to undergo our background requirements
