Job Description

We are seeking a Network Development Engineer responsible for deploying and maintaining complex network solutions in manufacturing and lab environments. You will ensure robust network operations that support launch and mission activities, troubleshoot and resolve complex routing, interconnectivity, and performance issues, implement and manage change control processes, and develop and maintain operational procedures and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and maintain complex network solutions in manufacturing and lab environments.
• Ensure robust network operations supporting launch and mission activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex routing, interconnectivity, and performance issues.
• Implement and manage change control processes for network modifications.
• Develop and maintain operational procedures and technical documentation.
• Lead capacity planning and performance optimization initiatives.
• Enhance and manage monitoring and alerting systems for proactive issue detection.
• Drive automation initiatives to streamline repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
• Participate in 24 / 7 on-call rotation for critical infrastructure support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network reliability for mission-critical operations.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $80.00 / hr.
