Description : Purpose

As a Sales Operations Analyst at VitalConnect, you will play a key role in optimizing our sales performance and operations. Your analytical insights and process enhancements will directly support revenue growth, sales efficiency, and strategic decision-making. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and leverage data to improve every stage of the sales funnel.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for performance improvement
  • Monitor metrics such as conversion rates, lead response times, and quota attainment
  • Develop and maintain accurate sales reports, dashboards, and forecasting models
  • Use historical and market data to identify growth opportunities and guide decision-making
  • Ensure data integrity and support streamlined sales workflows
  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in sales operations
  • Recommend and implement process enhancements to increase productivity
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and IT teams to align and execute strategic initiatives
  • Support interdepartmental projects with data and operational insights
  • Assist in developing and rolling out sales strategies, training programs, and enablement tools
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in sales methodology and execution
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to sales leadership
  • Deliver actionable insights to support goal setting and progress tracking

Requirements : Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills : Strong ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights
  • Data Tools Proficiency : Skilled in Excel, SQL, and CRM platforms like Salesforce
  • Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present data and recommendations clearly
  • Sales Knowledge : Solid understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices
  • Collaboration : Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Problem Solving : Aptitude for identifying root causes and implementing data-driven solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales operations, business analytics, or similar role
  • 2+ years experience working with Salesforce.
  • Experience in the healthcare, medtech, or technology industry is a plus
  • Salary & Benefits

    The estimated hiring salary range for this position is $75,000-$100,000 . The actual salary will be based on a variety of job-related factors, including geography, skills, education and experience. The range is a good faith estimate and may be modified in the future. This role is also eligible for a range of benefits including medical, dental and 401K retirement plan.
