Description : Purpose
As a Sales Operations Analyst at VitalConnect, you will play a key role in optimizing our sales performance and operations. Your analytical insights and process enhancements will directly support revenue growth, sales efficiency, and strategic decision-making. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and leverage data to improve every stage of the sales funnel.
Responsibilities
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for performance improvement
- Monitor metrics such as conversion rates, lead response times, and quota attainment
- Develop and maintain accurate sales reports, dashboards, and forecasting models
- Use historical and market data to identify growth opportunities and guide decision-making
- Ensure data integrity and support streamlined sales workflows
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in sales operations
- Recommend and implement process enhancements to increase productivity
- Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and IT teams to align and execute strategic initiatives
- Support interdepartmental projects with data and operational insights
- Assist in developing and rolling out sales strategies, training programs, and enablement tools
- Contribute to continuous improvement in sales methodology and execution
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to sales leadership
- Deliver actionable insights to support goal setting and progress tracking

The estimated hiring salary range for this position is $75,000-$100,000 . The actual salary will be based on a variety of job-related factors, including geography, skills, education and experience. The range is a good faith estimate and may be modified in the future. This role is also eligible for a range of benefits including medical, dental and 401K retirement plan.
