Business Systems Analyst

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst, Enterprise Applications. Key Responsibilities Support the administration and optimization of Salesforce and other business applications Assist in requirements gathering, process discovery, documentation, and solution design Participate in quality assurance, troubleshooting, and testing for automations and integrations Required Qualifications 1+ years of experience with Salesforce administration and understanding of Sales Cloud Some experience with QA / UAT work and managing users and permissions Strong desire to grow as a business analyst and systems administrator Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets for data management Interest in building productive relationships with team members and stakeholders
