Executive Admin

Hourly Pay Range : $28.47 - $42.71 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights :

  • Location : Naperville
  • Full Time
  • Hours : 8a to 4 : 30p M-F

What You Will Need :

  • Education (Required) : Associate's Degree or administrative support certification or demonstrated completion of administrative support classes.
  • License (Preferred) : cHAP (Certified Healthcare Administrative Professional), CAP (Certified Administrative Professional) or MCAS (Microsoft Certified Application Specialist)
  • Experience & Skills :
  • Minimum five years of previous experience in an administrative support role with increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. See attachment for minimum skill list. New Hire will have skill levels listed under Executive Assistant included in attachment. Current Incumbent has one year to attain required skill level.
  • A high level of flexibility and ability to change when needed
  • A high level of problem solving / critical thinking skills
  • What You Will Do :

    Works independently with minimal supervision. Represents one or more officers of the organization in a professional manner. Utilizes advanced computer software skills to perform complex correspondence, reports, charts, tables, forms and presentations. Performs advanced administrative support duties using tact, discretion, and judgment. Develops and implements improved office and departmental procedures. Acts independently in overseeing varied projects and providing expert professional assistance to senior level administrative staff.
