Job Title : Spanish Customer Service
Location : Chicago, IL 60631
Expected Duration : 6+ Months Contract
Shift : Monday through Friday
100% Onsite
Description :
Handle inbound and outbound customer communications in Spanish and English.
Respond to inquiries regarding products, services, billing, and account information.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
Document and update customer interactions in the CRM system.
Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on pending requests or unresolved issues.
Maintain knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures.
Translate customer needs effectively to internal teams when required.
Adhere to performance metrics such as response time, quality, and customer satisfaction scores.
Contribute to team goals by maintaining a high level of professionalism and cultural sensitivity.
