Technical Sales Engineer

Mindlance Inc., Union, NJ : Serve as active member of Sales org, contributing to team's efforts to expand customer base, revenues, and market positioning across targeted geographies; provide sales and pre-sales support through RFP / RFI process. Position requires a bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related field of study with 5 years experience in position offered or related experience with similar duties. 5 years experience required with the following : a. Recruitment strategy across emerging domains such as Gen AI, AI / ML, Data Engineering, and Cloud Engineering; b. Cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud); big data platforms (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka), machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, ScikitLearn), and data engineering practices (ETL processes, data pipelines, containerization); c. Talent acquisition strategy focused on sourcing talent in cloud-native application development, data science, data engineering architecture, AI research, and ML ops; d. Distributed systems, microservices architecture, real-time data processing, and AI-driven automation. Identifying candidates with proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, machine learning algorithms, DevOps automation, and data visualization tools; where all such experience can be acquired concurrently.
