The Opportunity

CME is seeking a Manufacturing Systems Engineer who enjoys solving real-world challenges and improving how products are built. You'll design and refine processes for integrated systems-cables, harnesses, power supplies, and test equipment-while working hands-on with engineers, assembly teams, and leadership to drive efficiency, quality, and innovation.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and support manufacturing engineering projects.
  • Create / revise drawings, BOMs, and documentation.
  • Use ERP systems (e.g., Deltek Costpoint) to manage data.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and recommend improvements.
  • Support design reviews, estimates, and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Train others and uphold quality standards.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's in Engineering + 3–5 years of experience.
  • Background in mechanical / electrical systems (cables, power supplies, or test equipment).
  • ERP experience; Deltek Costpoint preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • S. Person (ITAR / EAR) + E-Verify eligible.
  • Predictive Index Assessments required.
