Pay Rate : $19.50 – $20.00 / hr

Shift / Hours : 6 : 00 am–2 : 30pm

Job Summary :

Join a mission-driven medical technology team focused on empowering healthier lives through early detection, diagnosis, and treatment solutions. As a Machine Operator , you’ll perform hands-on production and laboratory support tasks in a regulated, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Weigh, measure, and verify raw materials and components

Perform manual manufacturing operations according to SOPs

Assist in operating basic to fully automated filling equipment

Utilize basic laboratory tools such as scales, pipettes, luminometers, and balances

Adhere to all safety protocols and promote a clean, hazard-free workspace

Accurately maintain training records and execute written procedures

Conduct routine cleaning and housekeeping of laboratory and work areas

Support material handling and daily lab stocking activities

Required Experience :

High School Diploma or GED

0–2 years of related experience

Basic knowledge of QSR and ISO requirements

Familiarity with GMP and laboratory protocols

Nice-to-Have Experience :

Exposure to automated manufacturing or lab environments

Experience working with blood or biohazardous materials

Required Skills :

Basic laboratory practice and equipment handling

Record keeping and basic math

Time management and task prioritization

Preferred Skills :

Bloodborne Pathogen training

Understanding of current GMP standards

Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn

Additional Skills :

Basic computer knowledge

Ability to sit, stand, stoop, and lift up to 40 lbs

Safety awareness, including PPE and mechanical hazards

Comfortable working around vibration, noise, chemicals, and blood
