Our Front Office Department is looking for a Front Office Quality Assurance Supervisor at our Mopac location

Purpose : The Front Office Quality Assurance (QA) Supervisor administers QA needs for the front desk & new patient scheduling departments, including administrative tasks for insurance / billing purposes, departmental / staff audits, and workflow development & updates. The QA Supervisor will act as backup to the Office Managers, as needed, and will oversee other projects assigned by Management.

Essential Functions :

  • Follows all established front office policies and procedures
  • Leads all new hire training on front office / new patient procedures
  • Reviews Billing Point of Sale (POS) Reports weekly for each location's front office & performs collections audits
  • Provides ongoing training to individuals based on audit findings
  • Relays departmental changes to staff & provides ongoing training as needed
  • Acts as initial contact for front office employee concerns and questions. Works with Office Manager to resolve issues.
  • Serves as backup for supervisory needs for site Office Managers
  • May develop and update workflow changes
  • Oversees / completes projects assigned by the Director of Business Operations

Additional Non-Essential Functions :

  • Acts as back-up for front office and new patient scheduling departments as needed
  • Answers multi-line phone calls
  • Schedules / reschedules appointments
  • Supervisory Responsibilities :

    Acts as backup to Front Office Managers for management / supervisory needs

    Position Type / Expected Hours of Work :

    This position is full-time. Regular workdays are Monday through Friday, during business hours. Additional after-hours or weekends may be needed depending on department needs. Temporary changes to the schedule must be approved by management.

    Additional Information :

    Travel to other locations as needed for coverage, training, or training and development

    Qualifications

    Education & Experience Requirements :

    Preferred : At least 2 years of prior experience in a front office lead role or similar
