A company is looking for a Veterinary Prescription Support Representative to provide customer service in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls for prescription ordering, tracking, and enrollment Perform follow-up calls regarding out-of-stock alerts and credit card updates for subscription orders Navigate multiple systems efficiently while maintaining rapport with customers Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Must reside in the United States, excluding California, New York, Pennsylvania, and Washington Experience in a pharmacy setting is a plus but not required Must have a personal computer with Windows 11 and a wired internet connection Valid antivirus software must be installed and up to date Must have a USB headset with a microphone and dual monitors
