Senior Architect

Job Description

The Senior Architect plans layout of project and integrates architectural elements with engineering elements (i.e. M.E.P / Civil / Structural), into a unified design for client review and approval. He / She oversees preparation of project designs, drafting and plans.

They also conduct periodic on-site observation of work during construction phase, to monitor and ensure construction complies with the architectural and engineering plans provided. They will be responsible for preparing operating and maintenance manuals, as well as various studies, and reports. Will direct activities of other architects, intern architects, and designers responsible for preparing drawings and specification documents.

He / She can be relied upon to present directly to the client on technical and design solution. Works closely with the Practice Leader to execute project plans. The ability to assess existing Facilities for deficiencies to correct and to describe accurately for cost estimating.
