About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and collaborative Salesforce Platform Administrator & Trainer who will be responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and supporting the organizations Salesforce environment. This role serves as a critical liaison between the Salesforce Architect, end users, and leadership, ensuring that design, functionality, and workflow changes are implemented effectively. The position combines system administration expertise with user training and change management, enabling successful adoption of new features and processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform stability and compliance.
  • Perform routine audits of data, workflows, and integrations to maintain data quality and system integrity.
  • Implement configuration changes such as page layouts, fields, objects, record types, workflows, validation rules, and reports / dashboards.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the Salesforce Architect and end users to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Gather, document, and prioritize user requirements for new features, enhancements, and system improvements.
  • Partner with the Architect to test and validate new functionality before deployment.
  • Communicate system updates, release notes, and process changes clearly to stakeholders.
  • Develop training materials, user guides, and best practice documentation tailored to different roles within the organization.
  • Conduct live and virtual training sessions for new users, as well as refresher courses for existing staff.
  • Support end users during implementation of new features and workflows, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal disruption.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, support, and troubleshooting for staff across departments.
  • Assist in planning and executing system upgrades, new releases, and module rollouts.
  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and feedback cycles to validate system changes.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and workflow optimization to improve productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry regulations, and Salesforce best practices.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of Salesforce experience
  • 3+ years of Salesforce Health Could experience
  • Certified Salesforce Platform Admin Credential
  • Background in medical practice operations or administration
  • Experience in behavioral health operations or administration
  • Proven aptitude for managing matrixed, crossorganizational support and collaboration
  • Familiarity with revenue cycle management, including interactions with government and commercial payers
  • Experience implementing and supporting EMR systems
  • Strong skills in systems development and delivering training to multiple stakeholder groupsincluding call center, administrative, clinical, and financial teams
  • Bachelors Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration or similar field
