Join our Team as a User Experience Specialist! Grow our customer base and assist users at every level of our proprietary home inspection application, PryzmIQ. From encouraging use of PryzmIQ, to answering customer inquiries, to leading inspections, this role will have you involved in every aspect of the lifecycle of our groundbreaking technology.

WHAT YOU’LL DO :

  • Conduct digital quality assurance for self-home inspections, including reviewing photos, validating accuracy, and documenting any anomalies.
  • Communicate professionally via email, text, and telephone with customers, agents, and internal departments.
  • Provide feedback on documentation and process workflows to support continuous improvement.
  • Answer customer questions and troubleshoot issues over the phone related to the online application.
  • Deliver a white-glove customer experience by performing guided home inspections virtually and over the phone.
  • Make outbound calls to current customers to encourage and support adoption of PryzmIQ.

  • High School Diploma
  • Experience troubleshooting and supporting mobile device usage.
  • Proven technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Adaptability to shifting priorities and new technologies.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts onsite to accommodate multiple time zones.
