Operations Manager

A company is looking for an Operations Manager to optimize operational processes and drive efficiencies in the transportation industry. Key Responsibilities Design, launch, and optimize operational processes for vendor and internal teams Develop and implement process improvement solutions, including automation and vendor consolidation strategies Track and analyze operational trends, identifying areas for improvement and implementing efficiency scoring frameworks Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in process documentation, including drafting and maintaining policies and SOPs Familiarity with the transportation industry, including operations and business continuity Proficiency in data analysis, synthesis, and planning Knowledge of operational SLAs and queue / ticket management Experience with team management and automation tools / processes
