Duration : 12+ months W2

Location : Hybrid - Dunwoody, GA or 100% REMOTE

Role Summary :

We’re seeking a Creative Content Producer to join our team, which includes the Learning Team and the Enablement Team. This contract role will enhance the team’s capacity by producing short-form videos and other creative assets that support learning and deployment initiatives. The goal is to make learning more asynchronous and accessible through engaging, visually consistent content.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Develop short, bite-sized videos (2–3 minutes) using tools like Synthesia and Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Create visual content by stitching screenshots and adding voiceovers (including AI-generated narration).
  • Convert written materials (, emails) into job aids, infographics, or other visual formats.
  • Maintain brand consistency and visual identity across all training and engagement materials.
  • Support video creation for cohort manager kickoff calls and weekly learning content.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Proficiency in video editing software (, Adobe Premiere Pro, Synthesia).
  • Strong visual storytelling skills with a keen eye for design and brand alignment.
  • Experience in creative services or multimedia production.
  • Ability to translate technical or instructional content into engaging visual formats.
  • Capable of delivering high-quality work efficiently and on schedule.

    • Logistics :

  • Contract position through the end of the year, with potential for extension into the following year.
  • Remote work is acceptable; on-site presence preferred if feasible.
  • A portfolio showcasing relevant work is required.
