A company is looking for a Scheduling Platform Administrator (Contractor). Key Responsibilities Provide daily scheduling system support to enhance user experience and reduce technical errors Collaborate with various teams to improve workforce management processes and drive daily results Ensure effective communication and service orientation for both patients and internal care teams Required Qualifications Experience with workforce management tools in a fast-paced operations or customer service environment Ability to operate effectively within ambiguous situations and utilize available tools Experience in data acquisition from diverse sources for problem-solving Availability for 20-30 hours / week during business hours (Eastern Time preferred) Fluency in English, preferably bilingual in Spanish
