Company Overview :

Van Duyn Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is a 513-bed skilled Nursing facility atop Onondaga Hill in Syracuse, NY. The Van Duyn team is committed to providing quality care and diversified services with a professional team of caregivers.

Duties / Responsibilities :

• ADONs will develop, organize, and oversee the nursing administrative day to day functions of the nursing services department of two units approximately 120 beds.
• Unit Managers will direct and supervise the clinical operations of a 60-bed unit
• Provide leadership to the interdisciplinary team to provide the highest quality care and services to residents of the facility.
