Job Title : Accounts Payable Manager

Location : Roseville, MN (Hybrid Schedule - weekly onsite presence required. Only candidates local to MN or Western Wisconsin will be considered)

Compensation : $75,000 - $85,000 / Annually dependent on applicable experience

Benefits : This position is eligible for company paid medical, dental, and vision. Basic life, AD&D, STD, LTD, and 401(k).

Addison Group is partnering with a client to hire an experienced Accounts Payable Manager. This role requires a strong leader with an eye for process improvements who can drive efficiency and accuracy within the AP function.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the Accounts Payable team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
• Oversee full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice processing, coding, approvals, and payment execution
• Ensure compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and internal controls
• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, and vendors to resolve discrepancies
• Manage month-end close processes related to AP, including reconciliations and accruals
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline AP operations
