Position Overview :

We’re looking for ambitious, people-focused individuals who are ready to work hard, learn fast, and grow into future leaders. This is a full-time, in-person role that starts with hands-on sales and client acquisition and builds into team leadership and management through ongoing mentorship and training.

What You'll Be Trained On & Responsible For :

Customer acquisition through face-to-face interactions (lead-based)

Managing and maintaining client accounts

Providing outstanding customer service

Collaborating with and training new team members

Participating in daily leadership and business development workshops

Schedule :

Monday to Friday | 10 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM Mandatory Hours

Saturday | 09 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM - opportunity to earn Saturdays off
