Position Summary :

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with clients, implementing ABA treatment plans developed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and supporting the progress of each clients unique goals. This position is ideal for an RBT who is enthusiastic about learning, passionate about helping others, and committed to high-quality care.

RBT Responsibilities :

Deliver ABA therapy to clients in a variety of settings, including the clients home, school, or community, as directed by the BCBA, following the RBT guidelines and standards

Implement individualized treatment plans with consistency and fidelity under BCBA supervision, ensuring all RBT practices are adhered to

Collect and record data accurately, documenting client progress and behavior changes according to RBT protocols

Work collaboratively with BCBAs and other team members, participating in regular supervision meetings and RBT training sessions

Provide compassionate support and clear guidance to clients and families, building rapport and promoting a positive therapy experience as an RBT

Follow company policies and ethical guidelines to maintain the highest standards of RBT professional conduct

Participate in ongoing RBT training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements :

Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB (or willingness to complete RBT certification within the first 90 days of employment if required by state law)

High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree in psychology, education, or a related field is a plus

Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to helping others as an RBT

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients and their families

Ability to follow detailed instructions, implement treatment plans accurately, and collect data as directed

Physical ability to work with young children, including the ability to sit, stand, lift, and move as needed during therapy sessions

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation if required to travel to client locations

Preferred Qualifications :

Prior experience working with children, especially in an ABA or special education setting

Bilingual abilities are a plus

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in data collection as an RBT

Interest in a long-term career in behavioral health, with aspirations to pursue further ABA certifications
