The candidate must meet the following requirements :

Database Admin

• 7 years hands-on experience with major database platforms (SQL Server PostgreSQL) in an AWS cloud environment.
• Proficiency in SQL database tuning and performance optimization techniques.
• Experience with backup / recovery procedures high availability configurations and disaster recovery planning.
• Knowledge of database monitoring tools and performance analysis.
• Familiarity with scheduling and job management in database environments.
• Understanding of database security principles encryption methods and access control frameworks.
• FISMA compliance experience or familiarity with federal security standards.
• Knowledge of vulnerability assessment tools and remediation processes.
• Experience with audit preparation and security documentation.
• Experience supporting application development teams and troubleshooting database issues.
• Background in change management processes and documentation standards.
• Incident response experience with vendor coordination capabilities.
