Our servers are the face of the IHOP brand so those with a knack for a smile on their face and a genuine care for the wellbeing of our guests will excel at this position.

As a Server / Waiter / Waitress, you will have the opportunity to lead our guests through their IHOP experience with top-notch service, menu knowledge, and the highest level of hospitality.

Other Duties Include :

  • Expediting all orders
  • Comply with standards regarding guest checks and cash control
  • Handle guest complaints, always looking to resolve problems quickly
  • Stock and rotate all needed supplies in the service and dining areas
  • Perform cleaning duties, such as helping to clear and set tables

    • Requirements :

    A qualified applicant believes in showing up to work on time, well-groomed with a clean uniform ready to work! They must work well with others, be self-motivated, reliable, and have a strong work ethic.

    Must have good communication skills, able to lift 5-15 pounds, stand for up to 8 hours, and occasionally use motion which entails pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.
