Assistant Store Manager

We are in search of an Assistant Store Manager with previous experience to help in supporting with all operational and customer facing tasks in store. This person will be responsible for store opening and closing operations, ensuring that all store operations are occurring as expected, and providing a great experience in store. This person needs to have a strong attention to detail and will be an expert in store processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and communicating barriers to the Store Manager. The position reports to and receives functional guidance from the Store Manager.
What You Will Achieve
- Manage a team of Brand Associates setting expectations, goals, and develop talent
- Act as the manager on duty in the store, focused on delivering results while enabling a positive customer and employee experience
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment for customers, employees, and store products
- Focused on providing positive customer and employee experience
- Set high store standards that reflect company brand image, values, and culture
- Subject matter expert on POP MART core business information including POP MART's characters information, products, company history information
- Support company on marketing events such as in store events, pop-up events, conventions, new store openings
- Support company RoboShop business as needed and follow up with in store RoboShop employee and RoboShop business partners as needed
- Improve sales performance of stores and meet sales key performance indicators such as store conversion, units per transaction, dollars per transaction, store sales trends
- Drive sales of company key products such as blind boxes, MEGA, and accessories
- Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays
Visual Merchandising & Inventory Management (1 or the other depending on store size)
Execute Visual Merchandising and Marketing directives from business partners while attending weekly callsInstallation of Marketing decals, props, set up new merchandising planograms, and set up marketing fixturesRemerchandise the sales floor based on product sell-through or slow moving product, making strategic decisions that align with business needsWorks closely with Inventory ASM to determine BOH and warehouse inventory levelsRequired to work specific days of the week depending on Visual / Inventory Management responsibilitiesResponsible for back of house organization, inventory management, receiving / transferring of goods, and weekly / quarterly inventory auditing.Qualifications :
Retail industry knowledge, skills, and abilitiesConfident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver great customer experienceMore than 2 years of store leadership experience in retailHigh level of ethics, values, integrity, and trustExperience working independently in an ambiguous environment with minimal supervision.Demonstrated ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and implement effective solutionsAbility to adapt to a fast-paced environment and implement new standardization directivesHigh School DiplomaMust be 18 years old or olderBenefits :
