Quality Assurance Manager

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager responsible for developing and maintaining quality assurance protocols for products and services impacting veteran users. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive QA policies and procedures Oversee all aspects of quality assurance, including planning, implementation, and monitoring Lead and mentor the QA team to ensure high performance and professional development Required Qualifications 10 years of experience in a similar role Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a relevant degree (or 8 years of additional relevant experience) Experience in creating and implementing detailed plans to ensure overall quality of IT products, systems, and services Experience in resolving project or program release problems and taking corrective action Experience in assuring the viability, functionality, and effectiveness of essential tools
