Product Security Quality Engineer

Join Emersons team as a Product Security Quality Engineer and help ensure our products meet the highest standards of security reliability and compliance! Based in either our Boulder CO or Shakopee MN location you will support efficient and consistent internal processes across development teams in multiple todays continuously evolving product security environment this role calls for someone adaptable proactive and collaborative with a focus on driving corrective actions and verifying their effectiveness.

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be :

• Coordinate and lead audits to ensure compliance with internal processes and international standards and regulations.
• Manage and coordinate all aspects of corrective actions arising from product security audits.
• Contribute to implementing Secure Development Lifecycle efforts across multiple groups.
• Build coordinate and participate in multi-functional and business unit communities to promote the adoption of product security standard methodologies.
• Help identify training development needs and continuous improvement opportunities across organizational functions related to product security.

Our compensation philosophy is simple : we pay a competitive base salary within the local market in which we operate and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $ annually commensurate with the skills talent capabilities and experience each candidate brings to a role.
