Senior Instructional Designer

A company is looking for a Senior Instructional Designer to develop strategic training solutions through engaging eLearning and instructor-led courses. Key Responsibilities : Design and develop instructor-led and eLearning training materials Integrate multimedia elements into learning solutions Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to scope and plan training solutions Required Qualifications : Advanced knowledge of instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, Gagne, etc.) Expert proficiency in tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, Vyond Strong experience with LMS and CMS platforms Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field preferred 8+ years of experience in instructional design
