Social Media Coordinator

The Social Media Coordinator is an elevated Member Service Representative position and a leadership role within the gym. The primary responsibility is to execute the gym's social media strategy.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Executing the Member Service Representative (MSR) job description
• Leading the MSR team by example
• Partnering with the General Manager (GM), Assistant General Manager (AGM), and marketing support on social media strategy
• Managing campaigns such as like, share, comment initiatives
• Overseeing the social media calendar
• Posting content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Responding to engagement and contacting followers
• Analyzing social media engagement metrics
• Providing feedback on social media best practices

Compensation : $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
