Head Cake Designer / Team Leader

Known for creativity, quality, and personalized service, this company is looking for a talented Head Cake Designer / Team Leader to lead their cake and bakery team.
Responsibilities :
- Lead all aspects of cake design, decorating, and production
- Manage and mentor a team of bakers and decorators
- Design and create custom cakes, cookies, and specialty desserts for events
- Collaborate with event planners and clients to deliver unique designs
- Ensure product quality, consistency, and timely production
