Job Summary :

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will assist customers, drive sales, and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure merchandise is well-stocked and organized
• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently
• Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a smooth store operation
• Follow company policies and procedures, including loss prevention techniques

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic math and computer skills
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a proactive approach to sales and customer service
