Position Overview

We’re seeking a Web & Brand Designer for full-time or contract work. The role involves creating beautiful, functional, and on-brand digital experiences — designing websites and crafting visual language that brings brands to life online.

You’ll primarily work in Figma, developing layouts, building page flows, and collaborating across disciplines to turn strategy into story. A keen eye for detail, strong typography, and composition skills are essential, as well as the ability to elevate brands across web and digital assets.

What You’ll Do

  • Design comprehensive web experiences in Figma, including homepages, supporting pages, components, and mobile views
  • Create branded design systems that are flexible, expressive, and consistent across digital platforms
  • Transform strategy, goals, and content into emotionally resonant layouts that connect with audiences
  • Combine effective UX thinking with strong visual execution
  • Explore layout options, craft design narratives, and present creative rationales
  • Collaborate with strategy, content, and development teams to ensure designs scale and stay true to the vision
  • Design light brand collateral such as social media graphics, presentation decks, and campaign assets as needed

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in web and / or brand design, preferably in an agency or fast-paced creative environment
  • Strong portfolio showcasing modern web and brand design work
  • Expert-level Figma skills, including components, auto layout, and prototyping
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Solid understanding of layout, hierarchy, and typography across responsive designs
  • Experience working within and evolving visual languages and design systems
  • Ability to work independently and communicate creative ideas clearly

  • Experience with Webflow or close collaboration with developers
  • Creating branded pitch decks or presentation designs
  • Knowledge of motion, interaction principles, or light prototyping
