Key Responsibilities Partner with senior leaders to identify leadership skill needs and coaching opportunities Own and facilitate existing Revenue Leadership Development programs Use data-driven insights to inform leadership enablement strategies and improve team performance Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in Sales or Customer Success Enablement, Leadership Development, or related senior-level roles Experience working with executive stakeholders and influencing at the senior leadership level Strong understanding of leadership coaching best practices and sales methodologies Proven success in building and facilitating leadership development programs with measurable impact Strong project management skills with the ability to scope complex initiatives and deliver globally
