DB Relationship Manager

A company is looking for a DB Relationship Manager on a remote basis. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients, ensuring client satisfaction Review annual plan compliance and administrative reports for accuracy Communicate effectively on plan year-end results and action items with clients Required Qualifications 5-7 years of experience in the retirement plan service area preferred Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Basic to intermediate understanding of Relius Administration / FT Williams systems preferred Experience with CRM or TPA management systems is a plus
