Territory Sales Representative
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our growing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding heavy equipment sales across the state of Colorado.
You will work closely with both municipalities and industrial contractors to understand their equipment needs and provide tailored equipment solutions from our extensive and best-in-class product line up.

COMPENSATION :
Year of Employment - $90,000.00-$110,000.00 guaranteed
Year of Employment+ - Base salary + uncapped commission

POSITION REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS :
Education / Certification :
College degree or diploma preferredCommercial Driver’s License in good standing or willingness to obtain, preferredMust be able to pass a pre-employment background checkExperience :
Experience in an outside sales position, preferably in the heavy equipment or heavy truck industryExperience operating or selling hydro vac equipment is an assetExperience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programsExperience and understanding of the full sales cycleMechanical aptitude or previous exposure to a heavy equipment / heavy truck work environment is an assetUnderstanding of the municipal procurement processes (i.e.RFP, tenders)
Understanding of industrial operationsPOSITION RESPONSIBILITIES :
Assess the territory to understand the market and identify customer opportunitiesDevelop a strategic territory sales plan in collaboration with manager and identify key target accountsConnect with existing customers to establish positive relationships and understand current and future equipment requirementsManage the full cycle sales process (product quote to product delivery)Participate in product training to stay on top of product knowledgeProvide training and product demonstrations to customers to showcase equipment and highlight key selling featuresPartner with internal partners such as Inside Sales and Service teams to ensure efficient and positive customer experiences throughout the sales cycleProvide recommendations to customers based on equipment requirements which may include selling of new or used equipment and / or offering rental solutionsUtilize the CRM in alignment with internal procedures to report sales activities, capture customer / market information and to track all sales opportunitiesParticipate in sales team meetings as requiredAttend and coordinate regional trade showsAttain and maintain sales certification for primary products / brandsComplete required administrative tasks in a timely manner such as expense reports and territory updatesOther duties as assignedOTHER DETAILS
