Construction Superintendent

We are representing a well-established general contractor looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Superintendent to oversee high-end commercial construction projects, with a focus on hospitality and restaurant environments. This is an on-site leadership role responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule compliance from project inception through to completion.

What You'll Do :

• Take the lead on-site from groundbreaking to grand opening.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections with precision.
• Keep things moving — manage schedules, problem-solve, and keep teams aligned.
• Maintain daily reports, run site meetings, and drive safety culture.
• Ensure a clean, efficient, and well-organized jobsite.

What You'll Bring :

• 5+ years' experience leading construction for luxury hotels or upscale restaurants.
• Deep understanding of sequencing, scheduling, and subcontractor management.
• Strong plan reading skills and proficiency with Procore (or similar platforms).
• Great communicator who leads from the front and solves issues fast.
