This facility is seeking a Pediatric Surgery Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity :

Schedule : As soon as possible - ongoing, 24 hour call, 12 hour weekend nights, one week per month

bull

Practice Setting : Hospital

bull

Types of Cases : general pediatrics, head and neck, non-cardiac thoracic, trauma

bull

Credentialing Timeframe : 60-90 days, temporary privileges available

bull

Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : To be determined

bull

Certifications Required : Must be board certified

bull

Licensure Required : must have an active Utah license or active Interstate Medical License Compact (IMLCC)
