Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Business Analyst with our client in the financial industry located in Jersey City, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract position.

Responsibilities :

  • Work effectively in a fully mature agile team
  • Work closely with business partners in defining requirements and ensuring acceptance criteria are met for application changes

Requirements :

  • BS / MS in Computer
  • 10+ years of experience in a BA role
  • Good knowledge of databases and querying tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of SQL and database technologies
  • Good analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Creative individuals with a track record of being resourceful and adaptive working as a team to address roadblocks and challenges
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Well versed with agile methodology and processes
  • Working knowledge of any RDBMS database, Teradata and any development experience
  • Background in enterprise stress testing
  • Knowledge and / or experience working within Teradata, Hadoop or other big data distributed ecosystem
  • Ability to partner with multiple technology and business teams to drive the requirements gathering

    • Pay range : $46.18 - $54.18

    Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
