Responsibilities :
To make a great team, the teammate at TP TEA is responsible for :
Assisting the shop ManagerAdhering to the Client’s culture and guidelines, the Health Department’s regulations, and TP Tea standards and expectations of Tea quality, freshness and presentationGreet customers as they enterGive customers drink menus and answer their questions regarding ingredientsTake orders while paying attention to details (e.g. preferences of coffee blend, dairy and sugar ratios)Prepare beverages following recipesServe beverages and prepared food, like cookies, pastries and muffinsReceive and process payments (cash and credit cards)Keep the bar area cleanMaintain stock of clean mugs and platesCheck if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needsComply with health and safety regulationsCommunicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu itemsSkills :

Represents the company in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner in all customer, client and employee interactionsResponds to all comments and complaints within 24 hours and follows up with a written response to the General Manager.Interacts with customers and resolves customer complaints in a friendly and service oriented manner.Communicates with the Client honestly, accurately and in a timely manner.Special Events :
Assists Shop Management team with special events as needed with staff, culinary and management presence.
